Peanut butter & apple overnight oats
Ingredients
- 150ml plain Greek yogurt
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 medium diced apple (pink lady or honey crisp)
- 250g Just Live a Little Peanut Butter & Apple Granola
- 1 tsp cinnamon plus more for a sprinkle on top
- For serving: apple slices, chopped walnuts
Overnight oats are one of the easiest breakfasts you can make. This gluten free recipe is a match made in heaven – creamy peanut butter and fresh apple, its full of nutritious goodness and perfect for breakfasts!

Method
- Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup to a mixing bowl. Whisk together until well combined.
- Add the diced apple, granola, and cinnamon to the mixing bowl and stir.
- Transfer to an air-tight container (200ml)and place in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the fridge, stir, and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon, fresh apple slices and chopped nuts.
