- 150ml almond milk
- 200g frozen mixed berries
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

- 10 g pumpkin seeds
- 10g sliced almonds
- Fresh sliced strawberries and raspberries
- Dollop of almond butter

Method
- In a high-powered blender, combine the Acai powder, almond milk, mixed berries, and yogurt. Blend on high, until mixed
- Pour into a bowl
- Top with a row of granola, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds and the fresh fruit
- Add a spoon of almond butter on top and serve immediately
